Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cyber Security Specialist at Code Arena - Design & Development Agency. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems and networks. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and analyzing network traffic, identifying security vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, conducting security audits, and providing recommendations for system improvements. You will also be responsible for incident response and managing security incidents.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Cyber Security policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards such as SOC 2 and ISO.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor security measures across the organization.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, analyzing root cause and implementing preventative measures.
• Stay current with emerging threats and trends in Cyber Security, proactively enhancing our defense mechanisms.

💼 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Cyber Security roles, with expertise in SOC 2 and ISO compliance.
• Strong understanding of network security, encryption protocols, and incident response procedures.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Good English Communication is a must

minimum experience: 2 to 3 years

Employment type: Full-time (Remote / Home Office)

Salary: 70 to 90k BDT

Office hours: 3:00 pm -11:00 pm (BDT)

Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.
